Come and enjoy your very own private Tuscan Cooking Lesson deep within the heart of Italy with Chef Laura Giusti.

Classes are designed to be small and comprehensive so you will not be lost in a larger kitchen with people you don’t know, ideal for families and friends to spend time together and have fun.

Chef Laura allows you to target your own lessons in order to concentrate on the exact authentic Italian fare you wish to replicate, let it be purely Pasta and Sauces or Regional Wild Pig Ragu and Tiramisu, you will learn the secrets that have been handed down for generations.

Laura has learnt all that she knows from her mother who has been hand rolling Pasta for 80 years, and still does til has day. Laura has headed the family restaurant for 20 years cooking for very fussy Italians in the small Tuscan town of Capolona, now she has turned her hand to teaching the hidden secrets of Italian cuisine admired all over the world.

An authentic Italian Cooking Course is on most peoples bucket list and this is the lesson to take part in.
